We schedule an on-site visit to:

  • Discuss ideas
  • Explore design possibilities
  • Gather details for budgeting.

We prepare a proposal that includes:


  • Project scope
  • Budgeted material allowances
  • Estimated project investment.
     

Material budgets provide a starting point for selections. Final pricing adjusts based on actual product choices.

Once approved and deposit is received we enter the design phase.

During this stage we:


  • Finalize product selections
  • Confirm materials
  • Establish scheduling.

Once approved and deposit is received we enter the design phase.

  • Finalize product selections 
  • Confirm materials
  • Establish scheduling.

We protect the home using:


  • Plastic containment walls
  • Masking
  • Negative air systems when possible.
     

Dust cannot be eliminated completely, but we work to reduce it by roughly 95%.

The project progresses through demolition and construction.

Clients receive updates throughout the process.

  •  A second payment milestone occurs at a predetermined phase of construction

  •  Once work is complete we review the space together and create a punch list if needed.
