Instead of coordinating multiple contractors or scheduling several small service visits, the work is addressed in one focused appointment.

Minor carpentry repairs

Standard professional tools required to perform typical home repair tasks.

Basic Consumables

Small items commonly used during repair work, such as,

Painter’s tape
Wood glue

Basic fasteners
Similar minor shop supplies

Items similar to these are may be included as part of the service.

What is not included

Certain materials and specialty products vary widely depending on the repair and are not included in the Home Repair Day service price.

How Home Repair Day Works

1. Create Your Repair List

Start by creating a list of the repairs or small projects you would like addressed during your Home Repair Day.

2. Contact and Schedule a Phone Consultation

Submit your request through the contact form.

We will schedule a short phone consultation to:

Review your repair list
Determine if the items are appropriate for a Home Repair Day
Estimate what can reasonably be completed within the service window

If the project is a good fit, we move to the next step.

3. Site Visit & Scope Confirmation

A brief site visit is scheduled to verify conditions and finalize the work plan.

During this visit we will:

Confirm repair conditions
Gather a materials list
Verify the scope of work

Consultation Fee: $100

This fee is exchanged for deposit if the Home Repair Day is scheduled.

4. Scheduling & Deposit

Once the scope is confirmed:

A Home Repair Day date is scheduled
A $100 per service window reserved deposit is collected to reserve the service window

Appointments are limited each week to maintain quality and scheduling reliability.

5. Workday Confirmation

You will receive a quick confirmation the evening before the scheduled service to ensure everything is ready for the following day.

6. Home Repair Day

On the scheduled day:

Arrival: 8:30 AM
Work continues until 2:00 PM

Repairs are completed according to the verified task list.

Work is time-based, not list-based.
If the list exceeds the service window, remaining items can be quoted separately.

7. Completion & Final Payment

Final payment is due upon completion of the service window.
