DESIGN SERVICES — INCLUDED WITH YOUR PROJECT
When you hire Conscious Construction to build, our full design process comes with it, free of cost.
Most contractors show up with a tape measure and a handshake. We show up ready to help you make every decision that determines how your finished space looks and lives — before a single tool comes out. Material selections, layout planning, finish coordination — it's all part of how we work, and it's part of what you're getting when you contract with us.
Other firms charge $500–$1,500 for this. We include it because we've seen what happens when design and construction aren't aligned: the tile doesn't match the fixture, the layout fights the plumbing, and the client pays to fix it twice. We'd rather get it right the first time.

DESIGN-ONLY SERVICES Not ready to build yet? Working with another contractor? Our design services are also available as a standalone engagement — no build contract required. Fees are fully credited toward your project total if you choose to move forward with Conscious Construction.
